Public Notice: Adoption of the 2025 Administrative Account

The Bamenda 1 Sub Divisional Council is pleased to inform the general public of the successful outcome of the recent Administrative Account Session.

On March 30, 2026, the Municipal Councillors of Bamenda 1 Council met at the Council Hall under the leadership of the Mayor, Mr. Mbigha Njah Felix. This session was held in strict conformity with sections 165-196 of Law No. 2019/024 of December 24, 2019, regarding the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities.

Key Highlights of the Session

During this session, the Council deliberated and officially adopted the 2025 Administrative Account for the Bamenda 1 Council. The financial details of the account are as follows:

• Total Revenue: 536,815,467 FCFA

• Total Expenditure: 502,700,780 FCFA

The Council has mandated the Mayor, the Secretary-General, and the Municipal Treasurer to ensure the effective implementation of this deliberation.
