Driving Sustainable Growth: Bamenda I Council Adopts 769 Million FCFA Budget for Fiscal Year 2021!
The Bamenda I Council is pleased to announce to the general public and residents of the municipality that during its official Budgetary Session held on December 30, 2020, in the Council Chambers, the Councilors convened to vote and adopt the local budget for the upcoming financial year.
In accordance with Law No. 2004/018 of 22nd July 2004 laying down rules applicable to councils, the Council unanimously passed Deliberation No. 01/DEL/B1C/BS/2020. The 2021 budget stands balanced in both revenue and expenditure at the total sum of 769,298,406 FCFA (Seven hundred and sixty-nine million, two hundred and ninety-eight thousand, four hundred and six FCFA).

Execution & Transparency
Under Article 2 of the deliberation, the Secretary General and the Municipal Treasurer are tasked with the immediate, strict implementation and monitoring of the budget across their respective operational areas.
